From start to finish- it was a great experience. Danny actually even helped me remedy past contractor’s mistakes around the house- on his own time. Quality company and smart, efficient, quality work.

Central Florida Equity Builders replaced my roof, and they did an excellent job!! From planning to execution, they were thorough with every step. There was genuine interest in the customer and a tangible effort to offer excellence in every interaction. I was touched by the humility, willingness to engage regardless of time of day or night, and the well rooted confidence of the leader, Walker. Plan execution was timely, responses were prompt, and the work was perfect! Thank you, Walker, for the great experience you offered us!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Don and the entire Central Florida Equity Builders Team. From start to finish, Don’s communication was excellent. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process incredibly easy.

Don also guided me through the insurance process and handled everything professionally. He was able to help get my roof claim settled in less than 48 hours, which completely exceeded my expectations.

The crew did an outstanding job on the roof. They were professional, efficient, and did great work from start to finish. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free.

I highly recommend Don and the CFEB team to anyone needing a new roof, especially if you’re dealing with an insurance claim. Five-star service all around!

I am thoroughly pleased with CFEB and their professionalism throughout the entire process of replacing my roof. From my initial contact with them, they were upfront, forthcoming, honest, and direct. I was consistently provided a realistic timeline and they followed through precisely at every turn. They emphasize over communication to ensure everyone is aware of what next steps are, and I really appreciated that. Additionally, the quality of the work and the commitment to verifying everything was completed appropriately make it easy for me to recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Such a great experience working with Justin. He stopped by our house and dropped off a card because he noticed we had a tarp on our roof . He never made us feel pressure to sign anything. He was very personable and felt trustworthy ! He took care of all questions we had throughout the whole process. From start to finish his communication and professionalism was great . Very happy to hire a company that makes everything easy! Justin is a keeper! Great customer service and will recommend to anyone looking to get repairs .

Excellent service, professionalism, timeliness, price and attitude. I used them to fix a drip over our finished sunroom. They came right out and gave me a very honest assessment on how to fix the drip. Other companies gave quotes and opinions but were pressuring me to replace the roof - which I knew was completely unnecessary. Tim explained how it could be fixed for a fraction of a replacement.

Two months after the work was completed, I had a question about the fix and they came by right away to investigate. They went ahead and added some reinforcement (I'm trying to avoid boring the reader with technical details so I'll just say reinforcement). It was not due to any workmanship on their part. They never complained, hesitated or gave pushback. These guys are first rate! If I ever have a roofing problem or know someone else who does - Central Florida Equity Builders is your company.

Wow! Walker was our account rep and Dillon the project manager who both did an awesome job from start to finish. Walker was totally transparent about what to expect and thoroughly explained the process. The 5 person roofing crew was incredible as they completed a tear off and replace job on our 2400 square ft house and separate garage in 2 days. I have replaced a few roofs in the past, and this was by far, my best experience!
